Description: Paint on Silence is a post-rock duo from Greece. Started in 2007 this project recorded their first EP three years ago after that. They play pretty much minimalistic post-rock using real and electronic instruments but this is enough to create proper melancholic mood. Taking influences from lots of artists such as Godspeed You Black Emperor!, Yann Tiersen, Explosions In The Sky, Philip Glass, John Frusciante and others, guys synthesized their musical vision into four tracks which are different and similar at the same time. So this is going to be a blog with music. It might be that one can find the content of this blog weird, but the main idea is to post lesser known artists, partially in order to promote them, partially to just give them more attention from fellows-melomaniacs.
